Medicare Set Asides
(with our without CMS approval)

A Medicare Set Aside report determines the amount of settlement dollars to be "set aside" for injury-related medical expenses typically covered by Medicare in order to avoid the shifting of burden from the primary payer to Medicare. Under certain circumstances, this proposal is required to be sent to CMS for approval.


CMS Submissions

A Medicare Set Aside proposal forwarded to CMS upon the request of the referral source. A cover letter is generated notifying of the submission with the ongoing status updates of the submission provided.


Medical Cost Projections

A comprehensive report compiled from both past and present medical records which accurately projects future medical costs based upon a client's projected life span.


Home Assessments

A comprehensive functional status and current needs assessment based upon the injury related diagnosis and the nursing process. Includes but not limited to assessment for safety issues, attendant care services, home renovations, sharing of resource information and community based services. Report requires an onsite home visit and review of medical records.


Medical Legal Nurse Reviews

A chronologically detailed report completed by a Registered Nurse's review of medical records. The nurse offers recommendations supported by the facts of the injury.


Peer Reviews

A physician peer to peer evaluation to determine the medical necessity and quality of care based on medical specialty.


Demand Package Reviews

Specialty Allocations will assist you by providing organization of the medical records, up-to-date injury related to the diagnoses, nursing professional opinion on causality, red flag execessive treatment, and assess necessity of lost time.


Vocational Rehabilitation Assessments

Services are provided by a qualified vocational rehabilitation counselor to assist those who are recovering from a mental or physical disability which has caused employment disruption. Through the completion of a comprehensive vocational evaluation, vocational goals, transitional skills, as well as evaluation of a person's limitations, are determined.


Senior Care Consulting

An "in-person" fully customized management plan which involves a full assessment, coordination, and development of an elderly person's medical needs.


TRICARE, Medicare & Medicaid Lien Requests/Dispute Resolution

A conditional payment search performed to protect TRICARE, Medicare, and Medicaid's interests. Upon request, Specialty Allocations can dispute items that may not be related to the injury.
